The practice also provides expert advice
and technical support to designers like you.

With its roots in Architecture and Architectural Science the
practice takes a people first approach: urban
developments must be comfortable, functional and give
delight to their users. This grows both out of a sound
knowledge of building physics and of how design choices
affect the performance of buildings and urban spaces.
This is key to understanding how
sustainability goals can be incorporated efficiently and
with minimal effort into designs for developments, while
                balancing functionality, aesthetics and cost
                effectiveness.

              This practice is particularly interested
in natural light – daylight and sunlight – in
buildings, both in a utilitarian and in a creative
                sense, and in energy efficiency.

              In addition,
with considerable experience of research in this field,
the practice also undertakes R&D commissions. Other
services, such as building performance modelling and
                simulation, can also be provided.
